摘 要:皮肤恶性黑色素瘤(CM)是一种早期即可发生转移,预后不良的侵袭性恶性皮肤系统肿瘤。紫外线(UV)辐射已被公认在CM发生中起重要作用,但其在CM远处转移过程中的作用尚不明确。该文从UV辐射对瘤细胞运动迁移能力、黏附特性、代谢特点的影响及对肿瘤微环境的改变等多个方面进行归纳,综述了UV辐射对CM远处转移的影响及相关分子机制,以期为CM转移机制的研究及临床预防和治疗提供新的思路。Cutaneous melanoma(CM)is one of the most aggressive malignant skin tumors with metastasis at an early stage and a poor prognosis.It has been demonstrated that ultraviolet(UV)radiation plays an important role in the development of CM,while its effects on distant metastasis of CM is still unclear.In this paper,we reviewed the effects of UV radiation on distant metastasis of CM and related molecular mechanisms,including the enhanced invasiveness and migration,the changed adhesive molecules and the increased metabolic capacity of CM cells,as well as the effects on tumor microenvironment,in order to provide new ideas for research of the mechanism of CM metastasis and prevention.
