补阳还五汤联合抗阻训练治疗气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭的临床探究

摘　　要：目的 探讨补阳还五汤联合抗阻训练治疗气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 选取气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭患者132例,随机分为四组,每组33例,分别为对照组、补阳还五汤组、抗阻训练组、联合应用组,治疗12周后,比较四组患者中医症候疗效、6分钟步行距离(6MWT)、心功能疗效以及生活质量评分。结果 治疗后,四组中医症候疗效、心功能临床疗效、6MWT、生活质量评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(Z分别=12.07、12.48,F分别=3.63、3.20,P均<0.05)。两两比较,联合应用组治疗后的中医症候疗效、心功能疗效、6MWT距离值高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 补阳还五汤联合抗阻训练对治疗气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效较为显著,可以改善临床症状和生活质量水平。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with anti-resistance training on chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total of 132 patients with chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into 4 groups with 33 patients in each group,including control group,Buyang Huanwu decoction group,resistance training group and combined application group.After 12 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of TCM symptom,6-minute walking distance test,cardiac function and quality of life score were compared among four groups.Results After treatment,the efficacy of TCM symptom,cardiac function,6-minute walking distance test,and quality of life score among four groups were statistically significant(Z=12.07,12.48,F=3.63,3.20,P<0.05).The efficacy of TCM symptom,cardiac function,6-minute walking distance test of the combined application group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the quality of life score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with anti-resistance training has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and has good effectiveness and safety in improving clinical symptoms and quality of life.
