摘　　要：企业研发投入是影响科技创新水平的关键因素,也是评价高新技术企业发展的重要衡量指标,反映了高新技术企业的基本特质。文章选取南通市高新技术企业作为样本,验证研发财政补助和高企税收优惠政策两个主要因素对高新技术企业研发投入的影响,并提出提升企业研发投入水平的措施。Enterprise R&D investment is a key factor affecting the level of technological innovation and an important indicator for evaluating the development of high-tech enterprises,reflecting the basic characteristics of high-tech enterprises.This paper selects high-tech enterprises in Nantong city as a sample to verify the impact of financial R&D subsidies and preferential tax policies for high-tech enterprises on R&D investment of high-tech enterprises,and proposes measures to improve the level of R&D investment of enterprises.
