摘 要:人工智能(AI)逐渐全面进入人类社会生活和工作,引发“机器与人”之间职业关系的再思考,而文件档案管理职业自然也无法置身事外。为考察文件档案管理教育领域对于培养具有AI竞争力的毕业生是否有充分的考量及布局,以牛津项目提出的“不易受AI影响指标”的理论框架为参照,基于美国O*NET的文件档案管理职业数据进行指标实例化,对美国设有文件档案管理方向的iSchools进行指标应用分析。研究发现,所考察的iSchools都具有AI竞争力培养的相关性,但多数iSchools的AI竞争力培养的相关度和一致性却很低。然而,一些iSchools在学科内融合与细分、跨学院双学位设置等方面的做法对于AI竞争力培养是有益的,值得借鉴。在研究发现的基础上,对文件档案管理领域在人工智能时代的生存和发展提出了一些建议。The state that artificial intelligence(AI)gradually appears in all aspects of human society inevitably causes the rethinking of the relationships between machine and human in particular with respect to employment.The professions of records and archives management are naturally no exception.To study whether the records and archives management education field have sufficient considerations and infrastructures in place regarding AI competencies for their students can be one way of rethinking.This study first relied on the AI insusceptible indictors theorized by the Oxford project for its own insusceptible indicators,then distilled AI competency indicators utilizing the O*NET data,and then analyzed the courses data collected from selected U.S.iSchools on AI competency relevance and consistency.It discovered that,among the valid records and archives management program/concentration data,AI competency relevance and consistency commonly existed yet with low degrees.Moreover,there are exemplars which demonstrated a strong sense of building AI competencies for students by discipline integration and subdivision,and cross-school double degree setting.Based on the discoveries,the study proposes a number of suggestions and next step considerations.
