摘　　要：目的:探讨固定矫治器正畸治疗患者唾液参数与牙菌斑的相关性。方法:纳入144例固定矫治器治疗的患者。于患者正畸治疗第0、1、3、6、9、12月时测量患者唾液参数;于治疗12个月时,记录患者牙菌斑指数(PLI)情况;根据患者牙菌斑指数中位数分为高水平组(PLI≥2.4)和低水平组(PLI<2.4),使用Logistic回归方程及列线图模型分析患者唾液参数与牙菌斑的相关性。结果:多因素Logistic回归方程分析显示治疗后唾液流速改变量(OR=0.611)、治疗后pH值改变量(OR=0.012)、治疗后总蛋白浓度改变量(OR=0.354)、治疗后钙水平改变量(OR=0.002)与高牙菌斑指数具显著相关性,通过列线图模型预测正畸治疗患者高牙菌斑指数C-index为0.885,绝对误差为0.025。结论:固定矫治器正畸治疗后pH值及治疗后总蛋白浓度、钙水平及唾液流速与牙菌斑的形成具显著相关性。Objective:To investigate the correlation between saliva parameters and dental plaque in patients undergoing orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances.Methods:144 patients underwent orthodontic treatment were enrolled.The saliva parameters of the patients at 0,1,3,6,9,and 12 months of orthodontic treatment were measured,the plaque index(PLI)was recorded at 12 months of treatment and the patients were divided into high-level group(PLI≥2.4)and low-level group(PLI<2.4)according to the median of PLI.Logistic regression equation and nomogram model were used to analyze the correlation between patients'saliva parameters and PLI.Results:After treatment the changes in saliva flow rate(OR=0.611),the pH value(OR=0.012),the total protein concentration(OR=0.354)and calcium level(OR=0.002)were significantly correlated with high PLI.The nomogram model predicts that the C-index of high PLI in patients with fixed appliance orthodontic treatment was 0.885,The absolute error was 0.025.Conclusion:The pH value before and after treatment,total protein concentration,calcium level and saliva flow rate after treatment are significantly correlated with the formation of dental plaque.
