摘 要:学习需求是随着时代的发展和社会的转型而变化的,精准把握成人高等学历教育学生学习需求的现状,对科学地构建符合地方发展需要的成人学习支持服务体系十分必要。对黑龙江省的3所不同院校的高等学历继续教育在校生进行了问卷调查,通过对调查结果进行定量分析,总结了黑龙江省成人高等学历教育的学习需求现状:功利性突出,成长性偏弱,学历需求和适应工作的情况占比较重;学习需求“单极功利倾向”有所减弱,生活性需求、交往性需求和自我价值提升需求等个性化的需求有所显现;不同类别的学生在学习需求各维度中存在显著性差异。Learning needs change with the times and the transformation of society.It’s necessary for us to comprehensively grasp the current learning needs of the students,so as to build a targeted adult learning support service system to meet the needs of local development.Thus,a questionnaire survey is conducted on some of the students in three different universities/colleges in Heilongjiang Province,and the quantitative analysis made on the survey results leads to a conclusion of the current learning needs of adult higher diploma education students in Heilongjiang Province.The learning needs are utilitarian and weak in growth,diploma needs and job adaptation are in large proportion;The"unipolar utilitarian tendency"of learning needs has decreased,while personalized needs such as living needs,communicative needs,and self-value enhancement needs have emerged;There are significant differences among different types of students in various dimensions of learning needs.
