摘 要:随着教育改革不断深入,高校教师的专业发展成为一个重要课题。校本培训作为一种有效的教师专业发展模式,与高校教师专业发展具有高度一致性,是提高高校教师队伍整体素质的重要途径。在新时代背景下,探讨如何构建校本培训体系是促进高校教师专业发展的重要议题。基于校本培训的内涵和特点,首先分析了高校教师专业发展的重要性,随后结合实际,分析了高校教师专业发展的校本培训体系构建与实践现状,最后从培训理念、培训内容、培训方式和培训效果等四个维度提出了构建校本培训体系的路径。With the continuous deepening of educational reform,the professional development of university teachers has become an important topic.As an effective teacher professional development model,school-based training is highly consistent with the professional development of university teachers and is an important way to improve the overall quality of the university teacher team.In the context of the new era,exploring how to build a school-based training system is an important issue in promoting the professional development of university teachers.Based on the connotation and characteristics of school-based training,this article first analyzes the importance of the current professional development of university teachers.Then,based on the actual situation,it analyzes the construction and practical status of the school-based training system for university teacher professional development.Finally,it proposes the path to build a school-based training system from four dimensions:the concept,content,methods,and effectiveness of the training.
