摘　　要：在探究新时代成人高校学生学习情况的基础上,对新时代成人高校学生管理工作的价值进行了有效分析,根据新时代成人高校学生管理工作特点,即社会性的学生、差异性的生源、复杂性的管理,探讨了新时代成人高校学生管理工作存在的问题,并提出了坚持以人为本的管理理念、开展思想教育工作、促进“管”和“理”有机结合等策略,以供参考。Based on the exploration of the learning situation of adult college students in the new era,the value of adult college student management in the new era is effectively analyzed,and according to the characteristics of adult college student management in the new era,namely social students,differentiated student sources and complex management,the problems existing in the management of adult college students in the new era are discussed,and strategies such as adhering to the people-oriented management concept,carrying out ideological education work,and promoting the organic combination of“management”and“theory”are proposed for reference.
