摘　　要：以滁州学院材料与化学工程学院2017—2021届就业数据为依据,分析该学院连续五届本科毕业生就业质量,讨论化工类本科毕业生的就业趋势,并结合实际工作情况,提出从规范化、一体化、个性化、专业化及数字化五个维度出发,提高化工类学生人才培养水平及就业质量的路径,为推动化工类毕业生高质量就业提供参考。Based on the employment data of the School of Materials and Chemical Engineering of Chuzhou University from 2017 to 2021,this paper analyzes the employment quality of five consecutive undergraduate graduates of the college,discusses the employment trend of chemical engineering graduates,and puts forward a path to improve the talent training level and employment quality of chemical engineering students from the five dimensions of standardization,integration,personalization,specialization and digitalization based on the actual work situation,so as to provide a reference for promoting the high-quality employment of chemical graduates.
