补肾益气膏摩对晚期肺癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾益气膏摩对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群影响。方法回顾2020年10月至2021年10月北京中医药大学东方医院肿瘤科经手术或穿刺活检病理确诊的非小细胞肺癌患者,筛选住院期间采用科室外治协定处方补肾益气膏摩方,疗程开始与结束后都检测过外周血T淋巴细胞亚群数量且膏摩治疗前后不曾口服其它中药方剂的患者54例,回顾性对比分析54例患者膏摩治疗前后CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)数量情况。结果治疗后的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)含量高于治疗前,治疗后的CD8^(+)含量低于治疗前,三者差异皆无统计学意义;治疗后的CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)含量高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾益气膏摩治疗后,晚期非小细胞肺癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平有上升趋势,患者免疫功能状态有改善趋势,观察T淋巴细胞亚群数量能为评价患者的治疗情况提供一定参考。Objective:To study the effect of Bushenyiqi Ointment on T lymphocyte subsets in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:The patients with non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed by surgery or biopsy pathology in the Department of Oncology,Oriental Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2021 were reviewed and screened for external treatment prescription of Bushenyiqi Ointment during hospitalization.The number of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets was detected at the beginning and the end of treatment,and the number of CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)before and after treatment was retrospectively analyzed in 54 patients.Results:The levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the level of CD8^(+)after treatment was lower than that before treatment,with no statistical significance.The CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)content after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer has an increasing trend and the immune function of patients has an improving trend after treatment of Bushenyiqi Ointment.The observation of the number of T lymphocyte subsets can provide a certain reference for evaluating the treatment of patients.
