黄河流域污染密集型产业时空演化特征及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：利用综合污染密集指数方法识别了11个行业为污染密集型产业,通过核密度估计、基尼系数与产业转移系数等方法探析黄河流域污染密集型产业时空演变特征,并利用面板模型分析其影响因素。研究发现:(1)2001—2016年,污染密集型产业具有向黄河流域地区转移的趋势,污染密集型产业占工业总产值比重呈现倒“U”型,但比重远高于全国平均水平。(2)黄河流域污染密集型产业主要布局在下游地区,2001—2016年呈现先向中上游地区扩散再进一步向下游地区集聚的态势。水污染型产业下游地区集聚明显,而中上游地区的土壤污染风险加重。(3)环境规制、产业集聚、要素成本是黄河流域污染密集型产业时空演变的重要影响因素。In this paper,11 industries are identified as pollution-intensive by the comprehensive pollution intensity index method,the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of pollution-intensive industries in the Yellow River basin are analyzed by means of kernel density estimation,Gini coefficient and industrial transfer coefficient,and the influence factors are analyzed by panel model.The research found that:(1)From 2001 to 2016,pollution-intensive industries had a trend of transferring to the Yellow River basin,and the proportion of pollution-intensive industries in the total industrial output value showed an inverted“U”shape,but the proportion was much higher than the national average.(2)Pollution-intensive industries in the Yellow River basin are mainly distributed in the lower reaches of the river.From 2001 to 2016,they first spread to the middle and upper reaches and then further concentrated in the lower reaches.The water pollution industry is obviously clustered in the downstream areas,while the risk of soil pollution in the upper and middle reaches is increased.(3)Environmental regulation,industrial agglomeration and factor cost are the important influence factors of spatial-temporal evolution of pollution intensive industries in the Yellow River basin.
