摘  要:为了准确地将用户的需求反应到拖拉机的造型设计中,创建出一种分析评价模型用于解决拖拉机造型设计评价过程中评价指标混乱且模糊的问题,并以拖拉机的造型设计为例进行分析和验证。首先,将拖拉机的造型特征拆解成不同的层次和要素,根据层次分析法建立层次分析模型,计算各设计要素之间的权重值,并进行排序。其次,依据所得权重,运用模糊综合评价法对3款拖拉机造型设计方案进行评分,筛选得出最优设计方案。最后,通过实例验证该方法可以有效帮助设计者进行产品造型的评价与优选,并使拖拉机的整个评价过程理性化、系统化。In order to accurately reflect user needs into the design of tractor shapes,an analysis and evaluation model was created to solve the problem of chaotic and fuzzy evaluation indicators in the evaluation process of tractor shape design.The model design of wheeled tractors was analyzed and validated as an example.Firstly,the design features of the tractor are decomposed into different levels and elements,and an hierarchical analysis model is established based on the AHP method.The weight values between each design element are calculated and sorted.Secondly,based on the obtained weights,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to score the design schemes of three wheeled tractors,and the optimal design scheme is selected.Finally,through an example verification,this method can effectively assist designers in evaluating and optimizing product styling,and make the entire evaluation process of tractors rational and systematic.
