高校开展班级体育联赛的思考与对策研究

摘　　要：随着现代社会的发展,人们对于身体健康越来越重视,体育运动已然成为生活中必不可少的一部分。而对于高校学生来说,由于长时间的学习和较少的运动锻炼,体质健康不佳的情况比较普遍。班级体育联赛是高校体育活动中的重要组成部分,也是最大限度调动大学生积极参与体育活动的有效途径之一。该文通过分析高校班级体育联赛对学生身体素质、校园体育文化等方面的影响,探讨了高校班级体育联赛难以广泛推广的现实原因,并针对当前高校班级体育联赛存在的问题提出了一些改进措施,以期能够更好地推动高校班级体育联赛的发展,促进校园体育文化的建设。With the development of modern society,people pay more and more attention to physical health,and sports has become an essential part of life.For college students,poor physical health is more common due to long time of study and less exercise.The class sports league is an important part of sports activities in colleges and universities,and it is also one of the effective ways to maximize the active participation of college students in sports activities.By analyzing the influence of the class sports league in colleges and universities on students'physical fitness and campus sports culture,this paper probes into the practical reasons why it is difficult to popularize the class sports league in colleges and universities,and puts forward some measures to improve the existing problems of the class sports league in colleges and universities,so as to better promote the development of the class sports league in colleges and universities and promote the construction of campus sports culture.
