摘  要:目前,农村留守儿童群体健康成长越来越被重视,为了提高农村留守儿童的心理健康水平,采用实验法等研究方法,以永顺县某小学四年级40名农村留守儿童为实验对象,探讨篮球运动对农村留守儿童自我意识的影响。实验结果表明,实验后两组实验对象的自我意识各维度得分较干预前均有明显改善,说明体育活动可有效促进农村留守儿童自我意识的提升,但是进一步分析发现,实验组自我意识各维度得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),因此得出,篮球运动对于提升农村留守儿童自我意识得分,促进心理健康具有明显效果。At present,more and more attention has been paid to the healthy growth of left-behind children in rural areas.In order to improve the mental health level of left-behind children in rural areas,experimental methods and other research methods were adopted,40 rural left-behind children in the fourth grade in a primary school in Yongshun County were taken as experimental objects,and the influence of basketball on the self-awareness of left-behind children in rural areas was discussed.The experimental results showed that after the experiment,the scores of the two groups of subjects in all dimensions of self-awareness were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention,indicating that physical activities could effectively promote the improvement of rural left-behind children's self-awareness.However,after further analysis,it was found that the scores of self-awareness in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),so it was concluded that basketball had an obvious effect on improving the scores of self-awareness of left-behind children in rural areas and promoting mental health.
