工匠精神融入航空电子技术课程的教学改革探索

摘　　要：随着我国航空维修市场体量急剧扩大,航空维修行业对具备工匠精神的人才需求持续增长。将工匠精神融入高职课程的教学过程中,通过深化校企合作、产教深度融合,完善课程标准和实训规范,依托技能实训工卡、金砖与世赛集训小组等手段,潜移默化培养学生成长为国家、企业所需的高素质技术技能人才。With the rapid expansion of the aviation maintenance market in China,the demand for people with craftsmanship spirit in the aviation maintenance industry continues to grow.The spirit of craftsmanship is integrated into the teaching process of higher vocational courses,and through deepening school-enterprise cooperation and deeper integration between industry and education,improving curriculum standards and practical training norms,relying on skillful practical training work cards,BRICS and World Championship training groups and other means,students are implicitly trained to grow into high quality technical skills personnel required by the country and enterprises.
