摘　　要：为了更好地适应制药行业快速发展对高层次应用型人才的迫切需要,以培养应用创新型人才为目标的制药工程专业学位研究生应运而生。根据南阳师范学院制药工程专业学位研究生应用创新能力的培养现状和存在的问题,从培养模式、导师队伍建设、学生参与实践、生源质量等方面对制药工程专业学位研究生应用创新能力的培养进行了探索,并提出了相关的策略,旨在提高专业学位研究生参与实践的主动性以及培养其创新能力,成为社会所需的高端人才。In order to better adapt to the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry and the urgent need for high-level application-oriented talents,professional degree graduate students in pharmaceutical engineering came into being with the goal of cultivating application-oriented innovative talents.According to the current situa-tion and existing problems of the cultivation of application innovation ability of graduate students majoring in pharmaceutical engineering in Nanyang Normal University,this paper explores the cultivation of application inno-vation ability of graduate students majoring in pharmaceutical engineering from the aspects of training mode,the construction of tutor team,the participation of students in practice,the quality of students and so on,and puts forward relevant strategies.It aims to improve the initiative of professional degree postgraduates to participate in practice and cultivate their innovation ability to become the high-end talents needed by the society.
