摘　　要：目的探讨网络平台在公共卫生事件期间门诊患者健康教育领域的应用。方法选取新型冠状肺炎疫情期间于河北医科大学第二医院行助孕治疗的患者共82例。按治疗时间先后分为两组(n=41),观察组患者给予传统的健康教育,对照组患者在此基础上通过网络平台接受健康教育。比较两组患者的一般资料、疾病认知度、SAS、SDS自评量表评分以及护患关系信任度和就诊满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的疾病认知度得到了明显提高,有效缓解了其焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪(P<0.05),改善了护患关系和就诊满意度(P<0.05)。结论网络平台在公共卫生事件期间的应用效果良好,为公共卫生事件期间患者信息化健康教育管理模式的创建提供了非常宝贵的经验。Objective To explore the application of network platform in the field of health education for outpatients during public health events.Methods A total of 82 patients receiving assisted pregnancy treatment in Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University during the novel coronavirus outbreak were selected.Patients in the observation group were given traditional health education,while patients in the control group also paid attention to our department's wechat public platform and Douyin account,and received health education through the online platform.The general information,disease awareness,SAS,SDS scores,nurse-patient trust and medical satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results When there was no statistical difference in patients'general information,health education through the network platform significantly improved patients'disease awareness,effectively alleviated their anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions(P<0.05),and improved the nurse-patient relationship and medical satisfaction.Conclusion The application effect of the network platform is good during public health events,which provides very valuable experience for the establishment of the patient information health education management mode during public health events.
