摘 要:碳循环是全球变化科学的研究重点,其源汇问题已成为全球变暖与地球系统科学领域的研究热点。以海洋碳循环为基础,综述了水体储碳的生物学过程与机制并梳理存在的科学问题;探讨内陆水体的储碳效率,其影响因素包括全球气候变化、水体富营养化;结合水生植物的生理特性和生态位特点,以海洋MCP理论为基础,提出水生植物-微生物耦合的内陆水体储碳增汇作用新途径;展望内陆水体储碳作用所面临的机遇和挑战。The carbon cycle is a focus area for research on global climate change,and carbon sinks and sources have become a hotspot in both global warming and earth science.Water bodies are an es-sential component of the biosphere and the carbon cycle,and receive a great deal of attention from na-tional governments and the scientific community.However,traditional models of carbon cycling only considers oceans and neglects systematic inclusion of inland waters:the nutrient rich lakes,rivers and reservoirs characterized by high carbonate content.The mechanisms of inland water carbon storage are complex,and accurate carbon flux accounting is difficult.In this study,we reviewed the biological pro-cesses and mechanism of carbon storage by inland waters based on the theory of carbon cycling in oceans and dissected the scientific problems of carbon flux accounting.The factors influencing water carbon storage in inland waters was then addressed,including global climate change and water body eu-trophication.Finally,we summarized the challenges faced by carbon storage by inland waters and meth-ods for expanding carbon sinks,including aquatic ecological restoration,carbon storage by microbes and novel carbon storage mechanisms that couple submerged macrophytes and microbes in inland waters.
