摘  要:推力模型实验是水下机器人推进系统设计的重要基础,但是推进系统实验通常伴随壁面效应产生回流,影响推力模型测试结果。为解决静水水池壁面对推进器推力模型测试的影响,通过理论分析建立水下机器人推进器的静水推力模型,通过实验方法,探究水池后壁面距离对推进器推力模型的影响,使用MATLAB对提取的实验结果进行非线性数据拟合,并给出了考虑壁面效应的推进器推力模型修正方法及水池设计的尺寸估计方法。研究发现,由于后壁面的存在,推进器的推力模型被严重低估。本文研究成果对静水实验水池设计及壁面效应下的水下推进器推力模型测试具有重要意义。Thrust model experiment is an important basis for the design of underwater vehicle propulsion system.However,the experiment of propulsion system usually comes back with wall effect,which affects the test results of thrust model.In order to solve the influence of the wall of a static water tank on the thrust model test of propeller,a static thrust model of an underwater thruster was established through theoretical analysis.The effect of the distance between the rear wall of the water tank on its thrust model was investigated through experimental methods.The experimental results were extracted and then fitted with nonlinear data using MATLAB.This allowed for the development of a modified thrust model that considers the wall effect,as well as an estimation method for the size of water tank required for testing.The research indicates that the presence of the rear wall of water tank resulted in severe underestimation of the thrust model.The findings of this study are of great significance to the design of water tank for static testing,as well as the thrust model test of underwater thruster under wall effect.
