大学生专业课课程思政获得感提升路径研究:以“社会保障学”课程为例

摘　　要：2020年6月教育部《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》(以下简称《纲要》)指出,课程思政建设要坚持学生中心、产出导向、持续改进,不断提升学生的课程学习体验、学习效果。课程思政改革的效果最终是以学生的获得感为检验标准。社会保障学是人力资源管理专业的一门专业必修课,实用性比较强,在课程思政改革中存在的问题体现为:立德树人的教育根本任务把握不准;课程思政建设的目标要求不明确;课程思政的教学体系尚未形成;教师课程思政改革的能力不足;课程思政建设的质量评价体系缺失。提升大学生获得感的路径应从以下方面入手:以本为本,深度领悟政策;立好靶子,找准定位再发力;润物无声,打造全方位育人体系;潜心钻研,尽展其能;加快建立健全课程思政质量评价体系。In June 2020,the Ministry of Education""Guiding Outline of Ideological and Political Construction of Higher Education Curriculum"pointed out that the ideological and political construction of curriculum should adhere to the student-centered,output-oriented,continuous improvement,and constantly improve students'course learning experience and learning effect.The effect of curriculum ideological and political reform is finally based on students'sense of gain as the test standard.Social security is a required course of human resource management major,which has strong practicability.The problems in the ideological and political reform of the course are as follows:the basic task of moral education is not fully understood.The goal of ideological and political construction is not clear.The ideological and political teaching system has not been formed yet.Teachers'ability of ideological and political reform in curriculum is insufficient.The quality evaluation system of curriculum ideological and political construction is missing.The way to improve college students'sense of gain should start from the following aspects:taking this as the basis,deeply understanding the policy;set up the target,find the correct positioning and then force;moistening things silently,creating a comprehensive education system;devoted to study,to show its ability;accelerate the establishment of a sound curriculum ideological and political quality evaluation system.
