摘　　要：乳腺癌作为目前全球女性最常罹患的恶性肿瘤,其预后不良的主要原因是肿瘤的复发与转移。如何早期发现乳腺癌的发生和发展、对乳腺癌的预后进行更好的评估、改善乳腺癌的临床治疗效果是现在乳腺癌诊疗过程中的主要难点。该文中,通过对外周血循环肿瘤细胞(circulating tumor cell,CTC)在乳腺癌的诊断、治疗、评估预后中的主要研究进展进行概述,分析了其临床应用价值、其在临床乳腺癌诊疗过程中的应用前景及其目前在应用中的局限性,对CTC的临床应用进行展望,为更好地进行乳腺癌的临床诊治工作提供了新的思路。Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women all over the world.The main reason for its poor prognosis is tumor recurrence and metastasis.How to detect the occurrence and development of breast cancer early,better evaluate the prognosis of breast cancer,and improve the clinical therapeutic effect of breast cancer is the main difficulty in the process of diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.In this review,the progress of peripheral blood circulating tumor cell(CTC)in the diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis assessment of breast cancer was outlined.Its clinical value,prospects,and limitations in the treatment of breast cancer were analyzed.The prospect of the clinical application of CTC provides a new idea for the better clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
