摘  要:工业园区具有工业生产和能源需求紧密联系的特点,若对其中工业用户的用能行为加以管理,可为优化配电市场灵活调度发挥重要作用。该文提出一种工业园区微电网参与配电市场的策略性能量管理双层优化模型,其中,上层模型以工业园区微电网运行成本最小为目标函数,基于配电市场的出清结算电价,充分利用工业生产过程中生产任务的可调度性和园区建筑物的储能特性,优化工业园区用能策略;下层模型为配电市场出清模型,以确定出清的配电网节点边际电价(distribution locational marginal price,DLMP),并传递给上层模型用于微电网能量结算。为求解所构建的双层模型,将该模型转化为均衡约束数学规划问题(mathematical programming with equilibrium constraint,MPEC),进一步将其转化为混合整数二阶锥规划(mixed-integer second-order-cone programming,MISOCP)模型。最后,以IEEE33节点配电系统和某电池制造厂(battery manufacturing plant,BMP)工业园区微电网为例,验证所提模型和方法的有效性。算例结果表明,所提出的工业园区微电网用能管理策略能够有效地降低工业园区用能成本。The industrial production always has a close coupling with the energy demand in an industrial park.To properly manage the energy consumption behavior of the industrial users will play an important role in optimizing the flexible scheduling of the power distribution market.In this paper,a bi-level optimization model of the strategic energy management for the industrial park microgrid to participate in the distribution market is proposed.In the upper-level model,the minimum operating cost of the industrial park microgrid is taken as the objective function based on the clearing electricity price in the distribution market.Full use is made of the dispatchability of production tasks in the industrial production process and the energy storage characteristics of the buildings to optimize the energy consumption strategy of the industrial park.The lower-level model is the distribution market clearing model which is to determine the clearing distribution locational marginal prices(DLMPs)of the distribution network nodes,and pass the DLMPs to the upper model for the microgrid energy settlement.To solve the bi-level model,the model is transformed into a mathematical programming with an equilibrium constraint(MPEC)problem,which is further transformed into a mixed-integer second-order-cone programming(MISOCP)model.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed model and method is verified based on the IEEE33 bus distribution system and a battery manufacturing plant(BMP)industrial park microgrid.The results show that the proposed energy management strategy for the industrial park microgrid is effectively able to reduce the energy cost.
