摘 要:双底辊复卷机是造纸生产中的重要设备,其控制重点之一就是纸幅间的张力控制。虽然目前我国造纸复卷机能够稳定、精确运行,稳态过程的控制已经基本成熟,但动态过程的控制还存在不足。对此,简述了双底辊复卷机的复卷工艺过程与两辊组间纸幅张力计算方式,重点基于SIMOTION运动控制平台设计了双底辊复卷机纸幅张力计算机控制系统,介绍了系统SIMOTION硬件平台、SINAMICS S120驱动器的设计,提出了一种模糊自适应整定PID控制算法。基于SIMOTION SCOUT软件进行控制系统软件开发,并采用WinCC Flexible软件开发人机操作界面,以对控制系统进行实时监控和调整。经复卷材料的试验验证,表明该控制系统的控制精度能够较好满足实际生产需求。Double bottom roll rewinder is an important equipment in papermaking,and one of its key control points is the tension control between sheets.Although at present our country paper rewinding machine can be stable and accurate operation,the control of the steady state process has been basically mature,but the control of the dynamic process still has shortcomings.In this paper,the rewinding process of double bottom roll rewinder and the calculation method of the sheet tension between two rolls are described.The computer control system of the sheet tension of double bottom roll rewinder is designed based on the SIMOTION motion control platform.The design of the hardware platform of the system and the design of SINAMICS S120 driver is introduced.A fuzzy adaptive tuning PID control algorithm is proposed.The control system software is developed based on SIMOTION SCOUT software,and the man-machine operation interface is developed with WinCC Flexible software to monitor and adjust the control system in real time.The test of rewinding material shows that the control precision of the control system can meet the actual production demand.
