摘　　要：随着时代的发展和教育领域的革新,促使各地高校公益型社团发展迅速,尤其是轻化工专业公益社团。该专业学生正处于一个思想活跃、个性鲜明的青春期阶段,他们更热衷于突出和展现自我,所以也成为了高校社团建设育人教育活动的重要载体。轻化工专业公益社团具有文化育人、实践育人及价值引领等优势,借助该优势开拓创新社团文化和活动内容,最大程度的释放社团育人的功效。通过对公益社团协同育人的模式分析,对其育人途径的着力点进行详细探究,进一步促进思想政治教育功能的实现与提升。With the development of the times and the innovation in the field of education,public welfare associations in colleges and universities all over the world have developed rapidly,especially those specialized in light chemical industry.The students of this major are in an active and distinctive adolescent stage.They are more keen to highlight and show themselves,so they have also become an important carrier of educational activities in the construction of college associations.The professional public welfare associations of light chemical industry have the advantages of cultural education,practical education and value guidance.With this advantage,they can explore and innovate the culture and activity content of the associations,and maximize the effectiveness of community education.Through the analysis of the mode of collaborative education of public welfare associations,this paper probes into the focus of their ways of education in detail,so as to further promote the realization and improvement of the function of Ideological and political education.
