摘　　要：目的探究丁苯酞联合氯吡格雷对急性脑梗死患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血管内皮素-1(ET-1)的影响。方法选取我院2021年4月~2022年10月收治的116例急性脑梗死患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组58例,对照组采用氯吡格雷治疗,观察组采用丁苯酞结合氯吡格雷治疗。评估两组患者的临床疗效、血管内皮功能、神经功能及炎性因子水平。结果观察组总有效率、VEGF、一氧化氮(NO)水平及Barthel指数均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的ET-1水平、NIHSS评分及炎性因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者采用丁苯酞联合氯吡格雷治疗效果显著,可调节患者的血管内皮功能,改善患者的神经功能和日常生活能力,降低炎症因子水平。Objective To investigate the effects of butylphthalide combined with clopidogrel on serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and endothelin-1(ET-1)in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 116 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clopidogrel,while the observation group was treated with butylphthalide combined with clopidogrel.The clinical efficacy,vascular endothelial function,neurological function and inflammatory factors levels were evaluated in both groups.Results The total effective rate,VEGF,nitric oxide(NO)level and Barthel index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ET-1,NIHSS score and inflammatory factors in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of butylphthalide and clopidogrel has shown significant efficacy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.It can regulate the endothelial function,improve neurological function and daily life ability of the patients,and reduce inflammatory factors levels.
