摘  要:为了优化黑种草子总黄酮微波辅助提取工艺,采用单因素实验考查微波功率、反应时间、液料比和乙醇体积分数4个单因素对黄酮提取率的影响,并通过响应面法进行试验得到黑种草子总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果显示:影响黑种草子提取率的因素大小顺序依次为乙醇体积分数、反应时间、液料比和微波功率。优化后的最佳提取工艺为黑种草子按照23.692∶1的比例加入体积分数为41.056%的乙醇溶液,在306.449 W下提取40.831 min,在此工艺下,DPPH自由基的去除率可达83.281%,黑草种子总黄酮提取率为0.0723%。In order to optimize the microwave-assisted extraction process of total flavonoids from black seeds,a single factor experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of four single factors,namely microwave power,reaction time,liquid to material ratio and ethanol volume fraction,on the extraction rate of flavonoids.The results showed that the factors affecting the extraction rate of black seeds in order of magnitude were ethanol volume fraction,reaction time,liquid to material ratio and microwave power.The optimized extraction process was to add black seeds to ethanol solution with a volume fraction of 41.056%at a ratio of 23.692∶1 for 40.831 min at 306.449 W.Under this process,the removal rate of DPPH radicals was 83.281%and the extraction rate of total flavonoids from black seeds was 0.0723%.
