摘  要:同伴辅导制是指大学生之间合作,由有经验的一方对另一方提供帮助和支持的机制,国际上已经有数十年的历史,并经研究证实在提高学业成绩、心理支持和新生适应性等方面具有良好效果。高校成功推行同伴辅导制,需要深刻理解其中的教育理论、关注相关研究成果和借鉴已有的实践经验。Peer Tutoring refers to between-student collaborations in learning,where a more knowledgeable partner offers assistance and support to the other.For decades,this learning mechanism has been broadly utilized in classroom instruction across the world and has been repeatedly shown effective in facilitating student academic success,affective development,and freshmen adaption to higher education.It is imperative that universities aiming to effectively implement Peer Tutoring develop a profound understanding of its underlying educational theories,keep up with the current research,and take lessons from the prior experiences gained through empirical work.
