不同浓度肉毒毒素治疗偏侧面肌痉挛临床对照观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨局部多点注射不同浓度肉毒毒素治疗偏侧面肌痉挛的有效性及安全性。方法 将116例偏侧面肌痉挛患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各58例。研究组给予高浓度的肉毒毒素治疗,对照组给予低浓度的肉毒毒素治疗,比较两组缓解程度、起效时间等有效性及注射后不良反应。结果 研究组患者治疗后缓解程度较对照组改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组治疗后起效时间无显著差别(P>0.05);研究组起效后的持续时间明显延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 高浓度注射治疗偏侧面肌痉挛具有良好的治疗效果及安全性。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of multipoint injections of botulinum toxin at different concentrations in the treatment of hemifacial spasm(HFS).Methods A total of 116 HFS patients were divided into research and control group,with 58 cases in each group.Research group was treated with high concentration of botulinum toxin,the control with low concentration,such indexes were compared between two groups as the degrees of remission,onset time and post-injection adverse reactions.Results The remission was significantly better in research than control group after treatment(P<0.05);there was no intergroup significant difference in onset time(P>0.05).The duration of taking-effect significantly prolonged in research group(P<0.05).There was no significant intergroup difference in the incidences of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion High concentration injection of botulinus toxin has a good therapeutic effect and safety in the treatment of hemifacial spasm.
