摘　　要：目的:分析左乙拉西坦片联合小儿抗痫胶囊治疗对儿童癫痫症状发作、脑电图的影响。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年1月鄄城县人民医院收治的癫痫患儿70例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成单一组与联合组,各35例。单一组口服左乙拉西坦片治疗,联合组在单一组基础上应用小儿抗痫胶囊治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、癫痫发作情况、动态脑电图监测结果、生活质量评分以及不良反应情况。结果:单一组主证积分、兼证积分以及总积分均高于联合组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组癫痫发作频率、持续时间均改善,且联合组优于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组痫性放电以及总异常发生率均降低,且联合组低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生理领域、心理领域评分均升高,且联合组评分高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左乙拉西坦片与小儿抗痫胶囊联合使用,能够有效提高患儿的治疗效果,改善其脑部异常放电,降低癫痫发作的次数,缩短持续时间,提高患儿的生活质量,且两种药物联用不会增加不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of levetiracetam tablets combined with Xiaoer Kangxian capsules on epileptic seizures and EEG in children.Methods:Seventy children with epilepsy admitted to Juancheng County People's Hospital from September 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the single group and the combination group according to the random number table method,with thirty-five cases in each group.The single group was treated with levetiracetam tablets orally,and the combination group was treated with Xiaoer Kangxian capsules on the basis of the single group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,epileptic seizures,dynamic electroencephalogram monitoring results,quality of life scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The main symptom score,concurrent symptom score and total score of the single group were higher than those of the combination group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the seizure frequency and duration of the two groups were improved,and the combination group was better than the single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of epileptic discharge and total abnormality in both groups decreased,and the combination group was lower than the single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the physiological and psychological domains of the two groups were all elevated,and the scores of the combination group were higher than those of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of levetiracetam tablets and Xiaoer Kangxian capsules can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of the children.It can improve the abnormal discharge of the brain,reduce the number of epileptic seizures,shorten the duration,and improve the quality of life of the children.What's more,the combination of the two drugs will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
