摘 要:针对智能体育产品对个人健身行为影响的内部机理尚不明确的问题,借助自我决定论的理论框架,采用规范的实证分析过程进行分析。结果表明:个人使用智能体育产品进行健身的内在动机和外在动机均会对其健身效果,产生显著的正向影响;智能体育产品的目标设定与提醒功能对于健身者使用智能体育产品的内在动机并无显著影响,对于健身者使用智能体育产品的外在动机有显著的正向影响;智能体育产品的个性化专业指导功能和社交功能对于健身者使用智能体育产品的内在动机和外在动机均有显著的积极影响。To address the still unclear internal mechanism of the impact of smart sports products on individual fitness behavior,this paper draws on the theoretical framework of self-determination theory and uses a normative empirical analysis process.The results showed that both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of individuals using smart sports products for fitness had significant positive effects on their fitness effects,i.e.,individual vitality;the goal setting and reminding functions of smart sports products did not have significant effects on the intrinsic motivation of fitness users using smart sports products,but had significant positive effects on extrinsic motivation;the personalized professional guidance function and social function of smart sports products had significant positive effects on both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of fitness users using smart sports products.
