摘 要:衰弱是近年来全球所共同面临的严峻挑战,其特征是多个生理系统的储备减少,机体功能减退和抗应激能力下降。大约有1/3的患者在重症监护病房(ICU)治疗前就存在衰弱,ICU获得性衰弱更是不胜枚举,增加了危重患者短期和长期致残率以及病死率,但目前尚未有有效的衰弱治疗干预措施。本文主要就衰弱与危重症共有的发病机制进行讨论,以期为危重症患者提供有效的衰弱治疗方向。Frailty is a severe challenge faced by the whole world in recent years.It is characterized by decreased reserves of multiple physiologic systems,resulting in functional limitations and vulnerability to new stressors.About one-third of ICU patients have frailty before hospitalization.The acquired frailty in ICU is even more numerous,which has increased the risk of the critical patients for both short-and long-term disability and mortality.But there is no effective treatment intervention for frailty by far.This article mainly discusses the common biological mechanisms of frailty and critical illness,in order to provide effective treatment direction for frailty of critical patients.
