摘 要:为探讨不同浓度的6-苄基腺膘呤(6-BA)、萘乙酸(NAA)浸种及不同温度处理对油莎豆种子萌发的影响,试验以黑油莎1号为试验材料,采用培养皿发芽的方法,设置温度(35、40、45、50℃)和激素6-BA(2、6、12、18 mg/L)、NAA(2、6、12、18 mg/L)浸种处理,比较分析种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和简化活力指数的变化情况。结果表明:随浸种温度的增加,黑油莎1号种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和简化活力指数均呈先升后降的趋势;随6-BA浓度增加,黑油莎1号种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和简化活力指数均呈降低的趋势;黑油莎1号种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和简化活力指数随NAA浓度的增加而升高。综上得出黑油莎1号种子萌发在温度35℃,6-BA 2 mg/L和NAA 18 mg/L处理浸种效果最佳。The aim of this study was to explore the effects of seed soaking with different concentrations of 6-benzyl adenine(6-BA),1-naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA)and treatments at different temperatures on the germination of Cyperus esculentus seeds.Taking Heiyousha No.1 as the test material,the method of germination on petri dish was used to set the temperature(35,40,45,50℃)and the hormone 6-BA(2,6,12,18 mg/L),NAA(2,6,12,18 mg/L)seed soaking treatments,and the changes of germination rate,germination potential,germination index and simplified vigor index of seeds were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and simplified vigor index of Heiyousha No.1 seeds increased first and then decreased with the increase of soaking temperature.With the increase of 6-BA concentration,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and simplified vigor index of seeds showed decreasing changes.The germination rate,germination potential,germination index and simplified vigor index of Heiyousha No.1 seeds increased with the increase of NAA concentration.It was concluded that the optimum seed soaking temperature for Heiyousha No.1 seed germination was 35℃,and the seed soaking concentration of 2 mg/L 6-BA and 18 mg/L NAA was the best.
