疏血通联合丁苯酞对急性脑梗死患者APTT等凝血指标及Hcy等血清因子的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨在急性脑梗死患者治疗过程中,采用疏血通联合丁苯酞治疗,对其治疗效果、凝血指标、神经功能、血清因子的影响分析。方法 选择2021年01月—2022年05月在郑州市第二人民医院接受治疗的70例急性脑梗死患者,按照单双号分为(35例)对照组与(35例)治疗组。对照组采用丁苯酞治疗,治疗组加入疏血通治疗。对比两组临床疗效、NIHSS、凝血指标、血清指标、不良反应。结果 观察组临床疗效水平优于对照组,组间有差异(P<0.05)。治疗前两组各项指标水平无差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组NIHSS、凝血指标、血清指标等指标水平均优于对照组,组间有差异(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间未发生不良反应。结论 疏血通联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死,临床效果较好,可显著改善患者的神经功能缺损及凝血功能,降低了血清因子的表达,值得临床上借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of Shuxuetong combined with butylphthalide on the treatment effect,coagulation index,nerve function and serum factors of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were divided into(35 cases)control group and(35 cases)treatment group according to single and double numbers.The control group was treated with butylphthalide,and the treatment group was treated with Shuxuetong.The clinical efficacy,NIHSS,coagulation index,serum index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and there was a diference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of NIHSS,coagulation index,serum index and other indicators in the observation group were better than those of the control group,with differences between the groups(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Shuxuetong combined with butylphthalide has a good clinical effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.It can significantly improve the neurological function defect and coagulation function of patients,and reduce the expression of serum factors,which is worthy of clinical reference.
