微创牙冠延长术联合复合树脂修复牙颈部缺损的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨牙颈部缺损患者给予微创牙冠延长术联合复合树脂修复的临床应用效果。方法选取2019年11月—2022年3月茂名市中医院收治的牙颈部缺损患者45例,根据随机摸球法分为观察组(n=22)与对照组(n=23)。观察组采取微创牙冠延长术,对照组采取常规牙冠延长术。两组均于术后8周采取复合树脂修复,比较两组的修复效果、疼痛程度、牙周指标。结果观察组修复总成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1、3、5、7 d的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后1、8周探诊深度(probe depth,PD)明显提高(P<0.05),附着丧失(attach-ment loss,AL)明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组PD、AL明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论牙颈部缺损患者给予微创牙冠延长术联合复合树脂修复,能够提高修复效果,降低术后疼痛程度,改善牙周指标。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive crown lengthening combined with composite resin in the repair of tooth neck defect.Methods A total of 45 patients with tooth neck defect admitted to Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to March 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(n=22)and control group(n=23)according to random ball-touch method.The observation group received minimally invasive crown lengthening surgery,while the control group received conventional crown lengthening surgery,and both groups received composite resin repair 8 weeks after surgery.Repair effect,pain degree and periodontal indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total success rate of repair in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Visual analog scale(VAS)scores of the observation group 1,3,5,7 d after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Probing depth(PD)in both groups 1,8 weeks after surgery were significantly increased(P<0.05),and attachment loss(AL)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).PD and AL were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive crown lengthening combined with composite resin repair can improve the repair effect,reduce postoperative pain and improve periodontal indexes in patients with neck defect.
