摘 要:二维结构因具有大的表面积和多活性位点等优点而备受青睐,本实验设计合成了一种新型线型寡肽,其在杂多酸的驱动下能够在水溶液中自组装形成二维超薄纳米片。结果表明,寡肽在杂多酸的驱动下,其二级结构由无规则转变为β-sheet结构;组装形貌由无规则的纳米球转变为二维纳米片,且纳米片的厚度仅为1.51 nm;通过调节杂多酸的电荷数目,结果发现随着电荷数的减少,自组装结构由二维纳米片转变成了纳米球,这表明杂多酸的电荷数是构筑二维纳米片的关键因素。Two-dimensional structures are favored for their large surface area and multiple active sites.In this study,a novel linear oligopeptide was designed and synthesized,which could self-assemble into two-dimensional ultrathin nanosheets driven by heteropoly acids in aqueous solution.The results showed that the secondary structure of oligopeptide changed from random coil toβ-sheet under the driven of heteropoly acid.The assembled morphology of oligopeptide changed from nanosphere into two-dimensional nanosheet with a thickness of 1.51 nm.By adjusting the charge number of the heteropoly acid,it was found that the self-assembled structure was transformed from two-dimensional nanosheet to nanosphere with the decrease of the charge number,indicating that the charge number of heteropoly acid is the key factor in the construction of two-dimensional nanosheets.
