摘　　要：特定时代背景下的城市转型可孕育相应的城市更新范式,从而对城市的转型产生深远影响。20世纪遗产作为城市的历史见证乃至人类共同遗产,不仅服务于现当代城市发展且体现价值,更对历史与当代作出阐释。20世纪遗产的诸多价值中,不同城市的文化底蕴与精神再传承,其建筑文化的发展也呈现日益明显的现代化趋势,这是文章研究并归纳20世纪遗产项目及产业设计“活化利用”的要点。从设计与营建技艺讲,文化的溯源有丰富的生态技艺,保护的根本目的是保护其“文化意义”,即具有美学、历史、科技或社会价值的形态与印记。无论是项目修缮设计还是文化产业振兴策略,都要在挖掘价值上下功夫,即遗产价值的深刻内涵、遗产价值的挖掘方法、遗产价值的可拓展学科等。文章既介绍个案,又探索了示范模式。Urban transformation in a specific historical context can foster corresponding paradigms for urban renewal,thus creating a far-reaching impact on the transformation of cities.As a testimony to urban history and even the common heritageof mankind,20thcentury heritagenot only servesurbanization inmodern and contemporary ages and reflectsvalue,but also provides interpretations of history and the contemporaryera.In many aspects of valuable 20thcentury heritage,rich culture and spirit of different cities are further inherited,and the development of their architectural culture also shows an increasingly obvious trend of modernization,which are key points of"activation and utilization"of 20thcentury heritage and industrial designstudied and summarized in this paper.In terms of design and architectural skills,there are diversified ecological skills for tracing the source of culture,and the fundamental goal of protection is to protect their"cultural significance",that is,forms and imprints of aesthetic,historical,technical and social value.Whether for the renovative design of heritage or the development of strategies for the revitalization of the cultural industry,we should make efforts to explore their value,that is,to find the profound connotations of heritage value,the methods of exploring heritage value,disciplines to which heritage value can be extended,etc.The paper includes not only a discussion of cases but alsoan exploration of modelsfor demonstration.
