摘 要:对目前铁路线路工程运行中的道岔结构可能遇到的病害的相关研究成果进行了总结,以塞拉利昂庆华铁路港口公司铁路线路恢复工程为例,建立车辆与道岔之间的系统动力学的数值模型,通过针对性的改道及振捣作业对轨道进行整修,研究了轨道整修前后车辆直逆向通过道岔的动态响应特征并对其结果进行对比分析。结果显示,施加全部不平顺工况后,整修前列车经过轨道时的动力响应明显,对列车运行的安全性与旅客的舒适性会造成较大影响。在对轨道进行整修后,道岔区的各个动力指标较整修前均有一定程度的减小,辙叉处的动力指标下降尤为明显,说明整修之后轨道的平顺性得到了很大的提升。This paper summarizes the relevant research results ofthe diseases that may be encountered by the turnout structure in the current railway line engineering operation.Taking the railway line restoration project ofQinghua Railway Port Company in Sierra Leone as an example,the numerical model of system dynamics between vehicles and turnouts is established,and the track is renovated through targeted diversion and vibration operations.The dynamic response characteristics of vehicles passing through turnouts directly and reversely before and after track renovation are studied and the results are compared and analyzed.The results show that the dynamic response of the train passing through the track before the renovation is obvious under the condition that allirregularities are applied,which will have a great impact on the safety of train operation and the comfort of passengers.After the track is renovated,the dynamic indexes of the turnout area are reduced to a certain extent compared with those before the renovation,and the dynamic indexes at the frog are especially decreased,which indicates that the smoothness of the track has been greatly improved after the renovation.
