高质量教育发展背景下我国第三方教育评估机构的治理路径

摘  要:教育评估是教育治理和教育质量保障的重要手段之一。在“管办评”分离的背景下,第三方教育评估机构是教育治理的重要主体之一,在教育质量保障中发挥着越来越重要的作用,必须加强其专业建设。从政策发展脉络来看,我国第三方教育评估机构的发展经历了起步、发展和繁荣三个阶段。当前我国第三方教育评估机构存在着独立性不强、行业标准不健全、专业性不强、公信力不足等问题。在当前推进教育高质量发展背景下,我国第三方教育评估机构的治理路径包括建立健全教育评估政策法规、加强专业化建设、建立起科学的监管体系。Education evaluation is one of the important means of education governance and education quality-assurance.In the context of the separation of"management,management and evaluation",the third sector education evaluation institution is one of the important subjects of education governance,which plays an increasingly important role in ensuring the quality of education,we must strengthen its professional construction.From the perspective of policy development,the development of third-sector educational evaluation institutions in China has experienced three stages:inception,development and prosperity.At present,China's third-sector education evaluation institutions are not strong independence,industry standards are not perfect,professional is not strong,lack of credibility and other problems.In order to realize the high quality development of the third sector education evaluation institutions in China,We should establish and perfect educational evaluation policies and regulations,strengthen the professional construction,and establish a scientific supervision system.
