科研之惑与大学青年教师的学术突围

摘  要:大学青年教师是学历较高、思维活跃、经验不足、压力巨大、潜力待开掘等方面近似的庞大群体,目前正逐渐成为高校教学的主力军。他们在科研方面存在的主要问题有:由单一性的毕业论文学术探究走向多元式的体制招标研究,不断地在申请书撰写和项目申报中坚守和前行,融入合适的团队较难,在象牙塔的处境下较尴尬,发表高水平论文难度增加。提出开展教学学术研究、在博士论文基础上做拓展和延伸类研究、在学科前沿上聚焦做精深研究、参加申报项目培训、树立治学志向和格局等提升策略,是青年教师通过“科研”成才和发展的重要策略。Young college teachers are a large group with high academic qualifications,active thinking,insufficient experience,tremendous pressure,and potential to be tapped,and are gradually becoming the main force of college teaching.The main problems they face in scientific research include:moving from a single academic inquiry into their graduation thesis to a diverse system of institutional bidding research,constantly sticking to and advancing in application writing and project application,making it difficult to integrate into appropriate teams,being awkward in the context of the ivory tower,and increasing the difficulty of publishing high-level papers.Propose promotion strategies such as conducting academic research in teaching,expanding and extending research based on doctoral dissertations,focusing on in-depth research at the forefront of disciplines,participating in project training,persisting in the application form,and establishing academic aspirations and patterns.These are important strategies for young teachers to achieve talent and development through"scientific research".
