大学生感恩与社会幸福感的关系:手机冷落行为的中介作用和负性生活事件的调节作用

摘　　要：为探讨大学生感恩、手机冷落行为、负性生活事件与社会幸福感的关系及作用机制,采用青少年感恩量表、手机冷落行为量表、青少年自评生活事件量表、社会幸福感量表,对河南省、江苏省、山西省、广东省11所高校的1926名在校大学生进行测查。结果表明:(1)大学生感恩对社会幸福感有显著的正向预测作用;(2)手机冷落行为在感恩与社会幸福感之间发挥部分中介作用;(3)“感恩→手机冷落行为→社会幸福感”这一中介路径的前半段受到负性生活事件的调节,即当负性生活事件较多时,感恩对手机冷落行为抑制作用减弱。本研究的发现表明,感恩这一积极人格特质能够减少大学生手机冷落行为,进而促进社会幸福感水平的提高;但是,高负性生活事件会阻碍感恩积极作用的发挥。本研究验证了个体与环境的联合作用对手机冷落行为的影响,对大学生合理使用手机,提升社会幸福感水平具有一定的现实指导意义。In order to explore the relationship and mechanism among gratitude,phubbing,negative life events and social well-being of college students,1926 college students were tested by using Adolescent Gratitude Scale,Phub-bing Scale,Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Checklist as well as Social Well-being Scale.The results showed that:(1)Gratitude was a significant positive predictor of undergraduate'social well-being;(2)Phubbing media-ted the relationship between gratitude and social well-being;(3)The first half of this mediating path"Gratitude→PhubbingSocial well-being"was moderated by negative life events;compared to the individuals with high nega-tive life events,gratitud had stronger impact on the phubbing of individuals with low negative life events.The find-ings of this study indicate that phubbing plays an important role in the association between gratitude and social well-being.However,the negative life events in a high level can hinder the positive effects of gratitude.This study veri-fies the combined effect of individual and environment on phubbing,which has a realistic guiding significance for college students to use mobile phones reasonably and improve social well-being.
