摘　　要：人类辅助性T细胞(helper T cells,Th)22是新近发现的一类辅助性T淋巴细胞亚群,主要通过白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-22作为效应因子在机体的免疫调节、组织修复和宿主防御等方面发挥调理作用,该细胞的关键转录因子为芳香烃受体(aryl hydrocarbon receptor,AHR)。新的研究表明Th22细胞和细胞因子IL-22在炎症、自身免疫和变应性疾病以及恶性肿瘤中均有一定提示意义,并有可能成为恶性肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点。本文就Th22细胞亚群及其关键细胞因子IL-22在血液系统恶性肿瘤中的相关研究展开综述。Helper T cells(Th)22 cells are a newly discovered subset of helper T lymphocytes.Th22 cells mainly play a regulatory role in immune regulation,tissue repair and host defense through interleukin(IL)-22 as an effector factor.The key transcription factor of Th22 cells is aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AHR).New research shows that Th22 cells and cytokine IL-22 have certain significance in inflammation,autoimmune and allergic diseases and malignant tumors,and may become a potential target for the treatment of malignant tumors.This article reviews the research on Th22 cell subsets and its key cytokine IL-22 in hematological malignancies.
