摘  要:随着乳腺癌患者生存期的延长,放射性心脏损伤受到了广泛的关注。放射性心脏损伤的发生与心脏所受照射剂量密切相关。深吸气屏气是在放疗时通过增加肺容积将心脏远离乳腺癌临床靶区的一种简单易行的技术。大量研究证实深吸气屏气能够让乳腺癌患者在减少心脏受照剂量上获益。因此,深吸气屏气是一种具有潜力的减少乳腺癌放射性心脏损伤的技术手段。本文将详细介绍放射性心脏损伤的相关进展和深吸气屏气在减少乳腺癌放射性心脏损伤中的应用。With the prolongation of survival of breast cancer patients,radiation heart injury has been widely concerned.The occurrence of radiation heart injury is closely related to the dose of radiation to the heart.Deep inspiratory breath-holding is a simple technique for increasing lung volume during radiotherapy to move the heart away from the clinical target of breast cancer.A number of studies have shown that deep inspiratory breath holding can benefit breast cancer patients in terms of cardiac dose.Therefore,deep inspiratory breath holding is a potential technique for reducing cardiac damage caused by radiation in breast cancer.In this review,we will review the progress of radiation cardiac injury and the application of deep inspiratory breath-holding in reducing radiation cardiac injury in breast cancer.
