摘　　要：在DNA损伤反应途径的几种抑制剂中,PARP抑制剂的研究是目前较为深入的一种,在DNA损伤修复中发挥关键作用。奥拉帕利作为PARP抑制剂的代表药物,为早、晚期乳腺癌患者提供了一种新的治疗途径。现就PARP抑制剂代表药物奥拉帕利的作用机制、在乳腺癌治疗中的临床疗效和安全性等方面做以下综述,以期临床医生全面了解奥拉帕利在乳腺癌中的临床研究进展,为临床治疗和未来研究提供参考。Among several inhibitors of DNA damage response pathway,PARP inhibitor is one of the more in-depth researches,which plays a key role in DNA damage repair.Olaparib,as a representative drug of PARP inhibitors,provides a new therapeutic approach for patients with early and advanced breast cancer.This paper reviews the mechanism of action,clinical efficacy and safety of PARP inhibitors in the treatment of breast cancer,so as to comprehensively understand the clinical progress of Olaparib in breast cancer and provide reference for clinical treatment and future research.
