摘 要:脉络膜是眼球主要的血管组织,其在多种脉络膜视网膜疾病中的作用已被研究。随着技术的发展,增强型深度成像光学相干断层扫描(EDI-OCT)、扫描源扫频光学相干断层扫描成像(SS-OCT)以及光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)应运而生,从手动分割到自动分割和二值化方法的逐渐转变促使了脉络膜的三维重建,增加了脉络膜影像标志物的精确性和可重复性。这些标志物提供了对发病机制的更好理解,有助于诊断以及鉴别诊断,并且在未来也可能有助于设计治疗方案。本文主要对OCT及OCTA下的脉络膜影像学标志物进行综述,通过这些标志物对健康和疾病中的脉络膜提供基本的了解。Choroid is the main vascular tissue of the eyeball,and its role in a variety of choroidal and retina diseases has been studied.With the development of technology,enhanced depth imaging-optical coherence tomography(EDI-OCT),swept-source optical coherence tomography(SS-OCT),and optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)came into being.The gradual shift from manual segmentation to automatic segmentation and binarization has facilitated three-dimensional reconstruction of choroid.The accuracy and repeatability of choroid imaging biomarkers were increased.These imaging biomarkers provide a better understanding of pathogenesis,aid in diagnosis and differential diagnosis,and may also aid in the design of treatment in the future.This review focuses on the choroid imaging biomarkers under OCT and OCTA to provide a basic understanding of the choroid in health and disease.
