摘 要:本文以马克思产业资本循环理论为基础,从融合的基础设施条件、融合发展的主体和环境以及融合发展的过程三个维度,深入分析数字经济与农业融合发展的逻辑。在此基础上,本文构建了数字经济与农业融合发展评价指标体系,采用2011-2020年中国29个省份的面板数据,使用层次分析法与CRITIC权重法相结合的主客观组合赋权法、Dagum基尼系数测算与分解、Kernel密度估计、Moran’s I指数分析等方法,对数字经济与农业融合的发展水平、区域差异、时空演化以及空间关联进行了测度与分析。研究发现:中国数字经济与农业融合发展水平在研究期内逐步提升,但整体水平较低;数字经济与农业融合发展水平在四大经济区域和三大粮食功能区存在明显差异;数字经济与农业融合的基础设施条件、融合发展的过程、融合发展的主体和环境三个维度的指数值从高到低依次递减,且融合发展的过程维度的指数值增速最大;数字经济与农业融合发展水平的区域总体差异存在扩大趋势,区域间差异是总体差异的主要来源;各区域内大部分省份之间数字经济与农业融合发展水平的差距逐渐扩大,但极化现象明显减弱;数字经济与农业融合发展水平存在显著的空间正相关性,但该特征仅在东部地区和粮食主产区的部分年份才有所表现。Based on Marx's industrial capital circuit theory,this paper analyzes the logic of integrated development of digital economy and agriculture in three dimensions:the infrastructure conditions of integration,the subject and environment of integrated development,and the process of integrated development.On this basis,we construct the evaluation index system for the integrated development of digital economy and agriculture using the panel data of 29 Chinese provinces from 2011 to 2020.We adopt hierarchical analysis and CRITIC weighting method with subject-objective combination weighting method,Dagum Gini coefficient measurement and decomposition,Kernel density estimation,and Moran's I index analysis,to measure and analyze the integrated development level,regional differences,time-spatial evolution and spatial correlation.The study finds that the integration level of digital economy and agriculture is gradually increasing in the sample period in china,but the overall level is low;the integration level of digital economy and agriculture varies significantly across the four economic regions and the three functional grain regions;the levels of infrastructure conditions,process of integration development,and subject and environment of integrated development are in descending order and the level of the process of integrated development shows the largest growth rate;there is an expanding trend in the overall regional difference of the integration level of digital economy and agriculture,which is mainly due to the differences between the regions;the gap in the integrated development level of digital economy and agricultural between most provinces within each region is gradually widening,but the polarization phenomenon is significantly weakened;there is a significant and positive spatial correlation between the integration level of digital economy and agriculture,but this feature is only found in the eastern region and some years in the main grain producing areas.
