摘  要:新手型教师处于专业发展的初始阶段,也是关键期。通过访谈几位农村新手型教师,发现他们面临工作热情消减、科研认知较低、岗位任务冗杂、晋升机会缺乏、发展资源匮乏、职业规划模糊及内心定力不足等成长问题。“强师计划”下应增强教师自主长久的成长意识、建构切实有效的教师成长平台、丰富实践性教师成长课程、提供公平合理的教师成长环境。Novice teachers are in the initial stage of professional development,which is also the critical period.Through interviews with several rural novice teachers,it can be found that they face such growth problems as reduced enthusiasm for work,low scientific research awareness,miscellaneous post tasks,lack promotion opportunities and development resources,vague career planning,and insufficient inner determination.Under the"plan of strengthening teacher force",teachers'self-reliant and long-term growth consciousness should be enhanced,the practical and effective platform for teacher growth should be constructed,practical teacher growth courses should be enriched,and a fair and reasonable environment for teacher growth should be provided.
