摘　　要：目前,我国体育硕士专业学位人才培养经历了17年的发展,处于快速成长期,即将迎来规模扩张期。高校应在“三全育人”理念指导下,以就业为导向,明晰培养目标,加强课程建设,提升教学质量。明晰培养目标的关键在于详尽地分析就业市场需求,主动发掘供需匹配中的差异,拓展育人领域和育人维度;加强课程建设的重点是在专业学位课程中增加应用类和职业类教学内容,注重实践与应用;提升教学质量需要加强导师队伍建设,完善教育评价机制,优化人才培养通道。At present,talents training of professional master's degree in physical education in China is in a period of rapid growth after 17-year development,and it is about to usher in a period of expansion.Under the guidance of the concept of"three complete education",colleges and universities should be employment-oriented to clarify training objectives,strengthen the curriculum construction and improve the teaching quality.The key to clarifying training objectives is to analyze the job market demand in detail,actively explore the differences between supply and demand,and expand the field and dimension of education;the emphasis of strengthening curriculum construction is to add the teaching contents about application and vocation in professional degree courses,and pay attention to practice and application;to improve the teaching quality,it is necessary to strengthen the tutor team construction,perfect the educational evaluation mechanism and optimize the channel of talent training.
