肺癌组织中白细胞介素9、HDGF的表达及其与临床预后的相关性

摘　　要：目的观察肺癌组织中白细胞介素-9(IL-9)、肝癌衍生生长因子(HDGF)的表达情况,并分析其与临床预后的相关性。方法纳入2019年1月—2021年6月于医院接受肺癌根治术治疗的96例肺癌患者为研究对象,对所有患者进行为期1年的随访,观察所有患者临床预后情况,将其分为预后不良组与预后良好组,检测所有患者肺癌组织中IL-9、HDGF表达情况,采用Phi系数分析肺癌组织中IL-9、HDGF表达与临床预后的相关性。结果随访3年,96例肺癌患者预后不良28例(29.17%),预后良好68例(70.83%);预后不良组吸烟史、血管浸润、远处转移、肺癌组织中IL-9、HDGF阳性表达率与预后良好组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Phi系数分析,结果显示,吸烟史、血管浸润、远处转移、肺癌组织中IL-9、HDGF表达与患者临床预后成负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论肺癌组织中IL-9、HDGF阳性表达率较高,且二者与患者临床预后密切相关。Objective This paper aims to observe the expression of interleukin-9(IL-9)and hepatoma-derived growth factor(HDGF)in lung cancer tissues and analyze their correlation with clinical prognosis.Methods A total of 96 patients with lung cancer who underwent radical resection for lung cancer in the hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were followed up for 1 year.The clinical prognosis of all patients was observed and divided into poor prognosis group and good prognosis group.The expression of IL-9 and HDGF in lung cancer tissues of all patients was detected.The correlation between the expression of IL-9 and HDGF in lung cancer tissues and clinical prognosis was ana⁃lyzed by Phi coefficient.Results After 3 years of follow-up,the prognosis of 96 patients with lung cancer was poor in 28 cases(29.17%),but good in 68 cases(70.83%);smoking history,vascular invasion,distant metastasis and positive expres⁃sion rates of IL-9 and HDGF in lung cancer tissues in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);through Phi coefficient analysis,the results showed that smoking history,vascular invasion,distant metastasis,expression of IL-9 and HDGF in lung cancer tissues were negatively correlated with clinical prognosis of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rates of IL-9 and HDGF in lung cancer tissues are high,and they are closely related to the clinical prognosis of patients.
