摘  要:针对异步电机在变频切工频过程中存在瞬时冲击电流和过电压的问题,提出一种变频/工频的柔性切换控制策略,由基于转子磁链定向的矢量控制、同步策略和合闸换流控制组成。在变频调速工况下,采用转子磁链定向的转速外环电流内环的矢量控制方式。当电机需要从变频切换至工频运行时,通过同步控制策略实现电网电压和逆变器输出电压的主动同步,减小合闸时因两个电压较大的偏差导致的电压电流冲击。切换过程中采用合闸换流控制实现柔性切换。该方法不受接触器分断时间和投切时刻的影响,减小了切换过程中的冲击电流。最后通过实验验证了所提控制策略的有效性。Aiming at the problems of instantaneous impulse current and overvoltage exists in the process of asyn-chronous motor switching from inverter to power grid,a flexible switching control strategy of inverter to power grid is proposed,which consists of vector control based on rotor flux linkage orientation,synchronous strategy and commu-tation control during switching.In the operation mode of frequency conversion control,the vector control method based on rotor flux linkage orientation is adopted,which has speed outer loop and current inner loop.When the motor needs to switch from inverter to power grid,the active synchronization of the grid voltage and the output voltage of inverter is realized through the synchronous control strategy,so as to reduce the voltage and current impact caused by the large deviation between the two voltages when closing.During the switching process,the commutation control is used to achieve flexible switching.This method is neither affected by the breaking time of the contactor nor the switching time,which reduces the impulse current during the switching process.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by experiments.
