眼眶爆裂性骨折修复术对术后瞳孔直径的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析眼眶壁骨折修复术对术后瞳孔直径的影响。方法回顾性队列研究。收集通化市中心医院2020年11月至2022年11月眼眶爆裂性骨折修复术31例,伤后2周前后行眼眶壁骨折修复术,观察记录术后3个月术眼及对侧眼的瞳孔直径数据。结果在红光照射下眶下壁骨折术眼的术前和术后3个月瞳孔大小分别为(2.90±0.36)mm及(3.12±0.40)mm,对侧眼分别为(2.87±0.27)mm及(3.07±0.35)mm;暗室条件下术眼术前和术后3个月的瞳孔大小分别为(4.67±0.61)mm及(5.11±0.66)mm,对侧眼分别为(4.71±0.60)mm及(5.08±0.71)mm,均较术前增大(t=-2.97、-3.37、-3.46、-4.27,均P<0.05)。结论眶下壁骨折修复术后术眼及对侧眼的瞳孔直径均大于术前。Objective To analyze the effect of orbital wall fracture repair on pupil diameter.Methods This was a retrospective case-control study.A total of 31 cases of orbital blowout fracture were repaired from Nov.2020 to Nov.2022 in Tonghua Central Hospital.Orbital repair was performed approximately around 2 weeks after injury.The pupil diameter data of the operated eye and the contralateral eye were measured 3 months after operation.Results Under photopic conditions,the pupil diameters of the eyes undergoing surgery for orbital blowout fracture were(2.90±0.36)mm and(3.12±0.40)mm before and at 3 months after surgery,respectively.While those of the contralateral eyes were(2.87±0.27)mm and(3.07±0.35)mm,respectively.Under mesopic conditions,the pupil diameters of the eyes before and at 3 months after surgery were(4.67±0.61)mm and(5.11±0.66)mm,respectively.Those of the contralateral eyes were(4.71±0.60)mm and(5.08±0.71)mm,respectively,which were significantly larger than they were before surgery(t=-2.97,-3.37,-3.46,-4.27;all P<0.05).Conclusion The pupil diameter of the operated eye and the contralateral eye of orbital wall fracture repair is larger than that before operation.
